Joe Pedone is the Global Head of Production and Infrastructure Delivery for J.P. Morgan Asset Wealth Management (AWM), responsible for monitoring AWM’s application and infrastructure environments, driving strategic initiatives to ensure continued scalability and stability. His organization serves as the central point of contact for the Asset Wealth Management Business and Technology. Joe spearheaded the creation of the Rapid Response team, which provides “Best in Class” Technical Support Services to proactively detect issues and provide timely incident response and remediation. He also played a pivotal role in the AWM Technology Transformation by leading efforts to develop and install a DevOps mindset across AWM Technology. Joe’s organization partners with the firmwide Cyber Security and Technology Controls teams to continuously upgrade our J.P. Morgan’s security measures to safeguard client and proprietary information.
Joe joined the firm in November 2004 as the Production Assurance Director for Private Banking. Before joining JPMorgan Chase, Joe was head of Software Quality Assurance for Credit Suisse Investment Banking Technology. He began his information technology career in 1992 at Merrill Lynch through their Corporate Systems Analyst program. Joe has served in a variety of information technology roles over his twenty seven years of experience, including management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has held leadership positions in infrastructure support, application support, service delivery management, IT risk management, application software development, project management, and software quality assurance.
Joe is a graduate of Binghamton University with a B.S. in Computer Science and of Baruch College with a M.B.A. in Information Systems. He is ITIL Service Delivery and Support certified.
Joe enjoys spending his free time with his family and is a wine enthusiast and collector of fine wines from California and Italy.
