European Leadership Team Hires Enhance RFA’s IT Service Capabilities

Jon Melville, appointed Head of Client Relations in Europe, has over 20 years’ experience, including Director level roles within strategic IT and the service delivery landscape. He helps clients ensure that their business goals and technology strategies are aligned and the RFA partnership remains transparent.

Amar Shah, appointed Head of Client Services in Europe, is responsible for ensuring a seamless client service experience across all RFA delivery teams. Amar has over 20 years’ experience including C-suite roles with alternative funds and is ideally equipped to address the specific challenges faced by firms in this highly regulated, fast paced sector.

RFA has been serving a growing clientele since setting up in London in 2015 and opening a Luxembourg office in early 2018. It is the only UK/US specialist alternative finance IT consultant with a strong Luxembourg base that can help clients across Europe.

Melville and Shah will be based in RFA’s London office, located in Berkeley Square, Mayfair. They will strengthen the client management team to ensure that all clients receive the exceptional service and insight that defines RFA.
