Chairman and Founder

As Chairman, Richard leads a team of IT experts that serve as their client’s trusted technology advisors. Trained in computer programming, Richard began his career in the early 1980s working with mainframe computer systems. He advanced to managing international telecommunications networks for Salomon Brothers and then became involved in early computer networking. Prior to founding RFA, Richard was a one-man consulting firm and worked with several financial service clients. As the demand for his level of service increased, RFA was launched.
