Director of Information Security Services

As Director of Information Security Services, Rachel leads the IT Compliance and Security Operations Center (SOC) teams, providing strategic direction to ensure delivery of a holistic cybersecurity program tailored to the financial services vertical. Rachel oversees RFA’s Managed Cybersecurity and IT Compliance service offerings to provide our clients with best-in-class cybersecurity solutions and consulting services. Rachel is also responsible for internal information and cybersecurity security controls, compliance, policies, procedures, and audits. Prior to joining RFA, Rachel worked for a brokerage and investment banking firm specializing in corporate compliance policy and procedure development, internal audit and regulatory examinations. Rachel holds a BS in Business Management from the State University of New York at New Paltz and an active CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification.
